Did you see the movies or read the books first? If you could only do one or the other, which would it be? Why? Do you see parallels between events in the book and a Christian’s faith? Where? Which events?

I liked the Silver Chair the best. Something about the journey with that toad guy and the under ground world….I just found it fasinating.
Comment by tracichs March 28, 2007 @ 5:49 pmI read these MANY years ago (30 or more) and loved them. Got furious with a nephew that stole my boxed set. Of course, I got another set and can’t wait until my daughter is old enough (soon). In reading them I definitely saw a link between Aslan and Christ and it wasn’t until I was older that I learned C.S. Lewis wrote books on Christianity.
